Our 72-hour sourdough, studded with a wonderful mix of seeds (Sunflower, Linseed, Poppy & Nigella), is rolled out and cut by hand, then baked to a perfect crisp. Try them dipped in humous, with a slab of Lincolnshire Poacher, or a smear of chutney.

 

With a 2 month shelf life, they make a great store cupboard staple.
